Where It All Began
HPA started the way most great things do—small, scrappy, and full of heart. Armed with nothing but a bag of soccer balls, a few cones, and a love for the game, a young athlete set out to make a difference.
The first sessions took place on a school field in Clovis, CA. No big budget, no fancy marketing—just a vision to create something meaningful.
Making It Official
Two years in, the dream started to take shape. HPA unveiled its first official logo, a symbol of growth and commitment to developing young athletes.
With 50 kids in the program, word was spreading—this was something special.
From Local to Global
What started as local training sessions turned into life-changing experiences.
HPA took over 30 athletes to Barcelona, Spain, giving them the chance to compete on an international stage. For many, it was their first time leaving the country, their first time realizing just how far the game could take them.
A Place to Call Home
Every athlete needs a home, and in 2018, HPA finally had one. The purchase of an indoor soccer center in Clovis meant more than just having a facility—it was a space where kids could train, play, and build lifelong memories.
The doors opened to the public, welcoming anyone who wanted to be part of something bigger.
A New Identity,
A Bigger Mission
HPA had always been about more than just the sport. In 2020, we embraced that truth with a major rebrand, redefining who we were and what we stood for.
At the same time, we expanded into multi-sport programs, making sure kids had opportunities beyond just one game.
More Than Sports, It’s a Pathway
The next evolution of HPA came with HPA Pathways—a program that fused sports, education, and personal growth. It wasn’t just about making better athletes—it was about shaping better people.
Kids weren’t just learning skills; they were being given real opportunities to lead, grow, and succeed in all areas of life.
Still Just Getting Started
From a school field in Clovis to a global movement, HPA has come a long way—but we’re not done yet. Every day, we push forward, creating opportunities for kids to dream bigger, play harder, and reach further than ever before.
