ABOUT ME
I’m a marketing and communications professional with more than a decade of experience supporting mission-driven organizations across youth development, workforce initiatives, and community-based work. My focus has always been on building clear systems, strong narratives, and meaningful partnerships that help programs operate effectively and connect with the people they’re meant to serve. Before joining HPA, I worked in nonprofit development and communications roles centered on fundraising, program growth, and community impact, which shaped my practical, outcomes-driven approach.
PROFESSIONAL ACHIEVEMENTS
Throughout my career, I’ve contributed to the launch and growth of community initiatives, supported grant-funded programs, and helped organizations strengthen visibility and engagement. Much of my work happens behind the scenes—developing campaigns, telling stories, and coordinating partnerships that support long-term sustainability. I value collaboration over individual recognition and tend to measure success through program outcomes and community reach rather than titles or awards.
PERSONAL BACKGROUND
My approach has been shaped by experience, responsibility, and learning along the way. Working closely with people and communities has taught me what matters most, the people at the center of the work.
FAMILY LIFE
Family plays a central role in my life and values. I’m closely connected to my nephews and enjoy being present in their lives, which reinforces why youth-focused work matters to me. At home, I share life with my wife and two dogs, whose daily routines help keep me grounded, balanced, and accountable.
HOBBIES & INTERESTS OUTSIDE OF WORK
Outside of work, I enjoy hiking, live music, collecting vinyl, gardening, and keeping up with my favorite teams.
