NORMATEC SYSTEMS
Relax in one of our recliners using our NormaTec system. Wi-fi, Hulu, FuboTV, and Netflix are available to you while you recover.
The NormaTec’s patented PULSE technology helps athletes recover faster between training sessions and after performances.
NormaTec is the leader in rapid recovery. Their goal is to establish recovery as an integral part of every athlete’s training and NormaTec is becoming the leader in recovery products. They use compressed air to massage your limbs, mobilize fluid, and speed recovery with the patented NormaTec Pulse Massage Pattern. When you use the systems, you will first experience a pre-inflate cycle, during which the connected attachments are molded to your exact body shape. The session will then begin by compressing your feet, hands, or upper quad (depending on which attachment you are using). Similar to the kneading and stroking done during a massage, each segment of the attachment will first compress in a pulsing manner and then release. This will repeat for each segment of the attachment as the compression pattern works its way up your limb removing toxins and lactic acid to speed up your recovery process. Peristaltic compression is quickly becoming one of the best ways to speed up the recovery process after a hard training session.

We recommend to book in advance to guarantee your appointment. Walk Ins are accepted based on availability.
You will first need to create an account through our online portal. You will than be given options for the amount of recovery sessions you would like to purchase. Once that has been completed, just give us a call to set up your session and our staff will have it all prepared!
Yes, everyone is required to complete our waiver prior to using any of our services or facility equipment. If you are under the age of 18, parents/guardians must sign a waiver.
• It is suggested you wear shorts or thin material pants for the leg attachments and/ or short sleeve shirt for the arms.
• Remove any jewelry from your hands and arms and/or empty your pant pockets.
• Bring your own socks. Must be clean.
While using our NormaTec Recovery systems, you’ll relax in one of our recliners. Each NormaTec session is 30 minutes. Wi-fi access, Hulu, FuboTV, and Netflix are available to you while you recover.
