Pre Camp Checklist

“Thank you for enrolling your child in an HPA Camp! We’re thrilled to welcome them into a world of exciting learning and fun. To ensure your camper is all set for this remarkable adventure, please carefully read through this page and accomplish all ‘Parental Tasks’ listed below.

Create Your HPA Portal Account & Complete Your Pre-Camp Requirements

  • Complete your required Health & Release forms
  • Check and pay your camp tuition balance
  • Check your email for confirmation of tuition (Contact [email protected] if you did not receive an email)

Visit your camp’s webpage to view specific and up-to-date camp details regarding the following items. Be sure to reconfirm the details the day before camp as things may change leading up to the camp start date.

  • Check-in/out dates, times, and locations
  • Daily hours for commuters
  • Checklist of things to bring
  • Meal information (if applicable)
  • Program Director/staff contact information will be provided via email and on the Customer Portal “Pre-Camp Checklist” link prior to camp
