A Bay Area native from Pittsburg, CA, Mike Crawley brings a unique blend of athletic excellence, coaching expertise, and corporate leadership to HPA High Performance Academy. His playing career includes a standout role on the 2012 Fresno City College Men’s Basketball State Championship team, followed by earning All-Conference honors at Fresno Pacific University. In addition to basketball, he showcased his versatility as a high jumper, becoming the 2017 Conference Champion in Track & Field. Beyond athletics, Mike has an extensive background in operations, with six years of supply chain and logistics management experience at Target, UPS, and GXO Logistics. In these roles, he led end-to-end operations, optimizing efficiency and performance at every level. His leadership in the corporate sector has strengthened his ability to build high-performing teams, manage complex systems, and drive results—skills he now applies to developing athletes and growing HPA’s impact. With seven years as CEO and Head Trainer at Crawley Elite Training, Mike Crawley has dedicated his career to athlete development, coaching at various high schools throughout the Central Valley. Now, as Sports Center General Manager, he is committed to fostering a high-performance culture and helping athletes reach their full potential.
